Submission Preparation Checklist – IJCRMR
Before submitting a manuscript, authors must confirm adherence to the following requirements. Manuscripts not complying with these may be returned for corrections.

✓ The manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
✓ The manuscript file is in Word (.doc/.docx), Open Office or Word-Perfect format.
✓ The text is single-spaced, uses 12-point font, italics for emphasis (not underlining), and embeds tables/figures at relevant points in the text.
✓ The manuscript conforms to the stylistic and bibliographic guidelines detailed under the Author Guidelines section.
✓ Peer-reviewed submissions have followed instructions for ensuring anonymity (blind review).
✓ URLs or DOIs for references, where applicable, are included.

Author Guidelines – IJCRMR
The International Journal of Cancer, Radiation and Medical Research (IJCRMR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes research across medical science, cancer biology, radiation oncology, clinical oncology, medical physics, and radiation sciences. It supports rapid publication of articles following editorial and peer review, and is committed to ethical publication practices aligned with the ICMJE standards.

Article Types
The journal accepts a variety of manuscript types. Word count includes the content from the abstract to the conclusion but excludes references, tables, figures, and legends.

Original Research Article
These should present original data or findings in the field of medical and health sciences. An abstract is mandatory. The manuscript should not exceed 4000 words and may include up to 40 references. Tables and figures may be added as required to support the content.

Review Article
Review articles should provide a comprehensive summary of a specific topic, synthesizing recent developments and current understanding. An abstract and keywords are required. The text must be organized under appropriate section headings. The total word count should not exceed 5000 words.

Case Reports
Interesting, rare, or educational clinical cases from any medical discipline are welcomed. Although abstracts and keywords are optional, they are encouraged. Case reports should be concise, clearly presented, and focused on clinical relevance and learning value.

Case Series
The high-quality case series that present new insights, uncommon clinical observations, or innovative treatment approaches in medical science, cancer care, and related disciplines. Case series should serve as educational tools, helping to improve clinical practice and foster research development.

Letters to the Editor
These are short communications addressing current topics or commenting on previously published articles. Abstracts, keywords, and headings are not required. Letters should not exceed 800 words, may include up to 10 references, and are limited to one table or figure.

Book Review
Journal welcomes well-informed, critical, and insightful book reviews that align with the journal’s scope and specialties. A sectional detailed analysis/observation of a book related to the scope and specialties covered in the journal Up to 1500-2000 words.

Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to:
• Substantial involvement in study design, data acquisition, or data interpretation.
• Contribution to drafting or critically revising the manuscript.
• Approval of the final version for submission and publication.

Manuscript Submission Process
Submissions must be made through the IJCRMR Manuscript Submission Portal. Authors must register and log in to track submission progress.

Manuscript Format
• Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
• Layout: Single column, single-spaced
• Page numbers mandatory
• English: UK or US (consistent throughout)
• Spell check and grammar check recommended
• Manuscript sections must include:

For Original Research
1. Title Page (Title, authors’ names, affiliations, and contact details)
2. Abstract (Structured; 250-word limit)
3. Keywords (5-6 terms)
4. Introduction
5. Methods (Include ethical approval, statistical analysis)
6. Results
7. Discussion and Conclusion
8. Acknowledgments
9. Declarations (conflict of interest, funding, ethics approval)
10. References (Vancouver style)
11. Tables and Figures with legends

Abstract Structure
• Background: Reason for study
• Methods: Methodology outline
• Results: Major findings
• Conclusion: Key implications

Tables and Figures
• Numbered consecutively (e.g., Table/Figure 1, 2…)
• Each on a separate page
• Tables: Maximum 12 columns, 30 rows
• Figures: High resolution (JPEG or TIFF)
• All figure legends should explain the figure independently
• If reusing published images or data, written permission and credit must be provided
Acknowledgments & Declarations
Acknowledge technical, writing, or financial support not qualifying for authorship.

Mandatory declarations:
• Funding: Mention or state “None”
• Conflict of Interest: Disclose or state “None declared”
• Ethical Approval: Mention institution and reference number, or state “Not required”

References
• Vancouver style
• Numbered sequentially as they appear in text
• Avoid using only abstracts; cite peer-reviewed sources

Ethics and Consent
All research involving human or animal subjects must mention ethics approval and informed consent (if applicable). Patient identifiers must not be included unless with explicit permission.

Copyright
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to sign a copyright transfer form assigning exclusive publishing rights to IJCRMR. The journal retains the right to publish the content in digital or print form, translate it, and include it in compilations.

Privacy Policy
The personal information (names, emails) submitted to IJCRMR will be used exclusively for journal-related communication and will not be shared with third parties.
